marina and i went to pick up a few pumpkins yesturday at a great farm near us called 'springridge'. it's located right at the base of the escarpment (which i love), and we've been going there for years.

annual thanksgiving drive...

damien and i went on our annual drive after the thanksgiving lunch into caledon and beyond, looking for photographic opportunities and zen. unfortunately, it seemed that half of the gta did as well. the badlands in cheltenham was PACKED beyond belief (lucky for us that wasn't our destination). we ended up visiting the grange equestrian village (which is like a home away from home these days). this is a buddy of mine who, upon seeing me walk up to his fence, walked over to say hi.

damien and i spent the day in a small town north of us called erin (pronounced "ear-in" by the locals) for their annual fall festival. i love the fall fests, and erin is one of my favourite towns to visit.

...cemetary. ooohhhh....spoookyyyy....actually, this cemetary was really cool. some of the residents were born in the early years of the 19th century, and died more than 100 years before i was born. it's strange when you think of it in those terms.
